Collecting the live.json File

1. Log in to the Acano server via WinSCP, login credential is the same as Webadmin.

2. Find the file called “live.json” under the root directory and drag it to your local PC.

Collecting the Event Log

1. Go to Acano server Web Admin > Logs > Event log.

2. Click download as text

3. You are prompted for the location and file name.
